Creative RSVP's encouraged?

Yes, RSVP cards are all well and practical and very, very pretty but by sending out a Wedding Tea Towel invitation you are telling your guests you are a FUN couple, you want your wedding to be FUN so why not get them to join in the FUN right from the start?

Let's get this wedding party started straight away. That's what I say! Pop an RSVP line on the bottom of your tea towel to say 'creative RSVPs encouraged' or run a competition and give the winner with the best RSVP a prize during the speeches... and you too could be enjoying receiving beauties like the ones here through your letterbox...

So go on... let's see what you can get back!

If you'd like to see our full tea towel design gallery then give us a click here or drop me an email on

PS These are all actual RSVPs that our couples have been sent. I haven't made this up. I literally couldn't make this up! x

PPS If you do still need a card as well as your creative RSVPs with menu choices n'that then don't worry, we can do create the artwork for that too.

PPPS I really am going now...

PP...... Nah, only joking!

Look what this bride has done with her Wedding Tea Towel Invitation!

I love this so much I've decided to dedicate this photo it's very own blog post! LOOK! This clever lady on the left, made Helens wedding tea towel invitation in to a blimin' Apron for her to wear on the day. Normally I would say it would be a shame to cover up such an utterly beautiful dress but on this occasion, I will make an exception.

Wish I was that good and sewing but the fact remains, I can not even sew on a button. So, there it is...

Just look at the picture again, one more time, and then you can go!

Karen x

PS Look at the cute rabbits as well - Helen and Matthew took one of our classic designs and we added their own personal touch to make it even more special to them x

Let us do you an AMAZING favour...

Don't you just hate it when you go to a wedding and on the table are some lovely little favours - maybe chocolates. But you can't eat them now, right? You're about to have your dinner. That would be reckless *fast forward* and gosh you're so stuffed, you could never manage that chocolate in that pretty decorated box now...

What a shame...

If only you could think of a favour that your guests would love and be sure to take home because they can keep it and remember your day forever. You got it! An Original Wedding Tea Towel.

Did you know all our designs can be used as favours for no extra cost. Well they can. Look how happy this lovely lady guest above is with hers. And this guy? I mean, his suit is PROTECTED!

One thing you'll notice in common on both of them. Massive happy faces. I mean that could be more to do with the actual wedding than our tea towels but I'm pretty sure they help!

So, come on!

NEW DESIGN: Secret Garden

Shhhhhh, don't wake the wild flowers!

Check out the latest Wedding Tea Towel design 'Secret Garden'.

Here's the artwork so you can see it close up;

And here's some lovely details from the design:

Uh-oh... it's annual review time...

Oh gosh... I've been hauled in to the bosses office this morning and been given a right grilling over just exactly how happy our customers are. We (actually it was just me... on my own. I hauled myself in) went through the feedback from over 425 couples and this is what we found out:

SO! Will Ben & I be walking around in a circle smacking each others bottoms or patting each other on the back. Let's see...

Question to our beautiful couples:
Overall, how happy were you with the service you received?

94% were VERY happy. Oh boy, what about the other 6%.... S'OK everybody they were still mega happy just not quite so enthusiastically over the moon as the others.

RESULT - Pat on the back (phew)

How happy were you with your finished tea towels?

94% thought they were pretty much all they could ask for and gave them a whopping 5 out of 5 'amazing' score. And the other 6% thought they were just everso slightly less than the best thing they've ever seen in their whole entire lives.

RESULT - Pat on the back (defo)

How did the tea towel cost compare to the other stationery options you considered?

Over half of our budget savvy couples said that Original Wedding Tea Towels were either About the same price, Competitive or Very Competitive. So that's all good. Very good.
And a load of the rest who answered didn't even look at any other options. They just saw our designs, loved 'em and knew they had to have them. Simple as that!

Even those who thought they worked out slightly more than their paper options didn't mind once they had them in their hands saying:

Although slightly more expensive, worth every penny for such a unique invitation.
Slightly more than the paper stationery we looked at but a fantastic idea and definitely worth the little bit extra.

RESULT - Pat on the back

So in summary, everything seems to be in order. Back pats all round!

If you still need convincing that we are totally the right option and completely bad ass at this then have a look at what more of our happy couple say here.

And if you'd like any more information on our tea towels then email me on or visit our gallery here.

Come on, join our long list of happy couples. We're all really rather very cool together you know.

Later tea towel lovers.

Go extra snazzy with 2 colour printing

Fancy going a little bit extra snazzy with your Wedding Tea Towels? Did you know it hardly costs any extra to go for two colours instead of just one. Betcha didn't.

For example, you can get 50 wedding tea towels printed in two colour for just £160 plus artwork at £55 for a classic design so that's your invitations, favours or save the dates sorted for just £215. Now, that seems like pretty good value to me. Remember it's not just an invitation. Your guests can keep these FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER... (ok, I think you get it now).

So don't be afraid to ask if you want to do something a bit different. I am here and I am SO ready to listen!

To check our full design range then click here or you can email me on for more information.

See ya later.

Just Hangin'

Hey maid, back off, we've had a heavy night (please drink responsibly right!).

What about these for an idea to go along with your Wedding Tea Towel, leave them out for your guests who are staying at the chosen hotel, to make sure they all get a good lie in after what is obviously going to be one of the craziest nights of their life. Also you'll be able to walk around the hotel in the morning and see see where all your guests are staying, so the 'Cherry Door Knock' potential is huge.

We can design these to match your invite, so get in touch with Karen over at and bump them into your order.

Calling all Autumn Wedding-ers...

I can barely believe I am going to type this as the sun has literally just started to shine for summer but... let's just take a moment to spare a thought for Autumn. The leaves are falling, the colours are, oh so pretty and many of you are starting to think about your preparations to say 'I do'.

Lucky really that we've got some beautiful Autumn designs for you to see.

But don't forget about all our other designs, because sometimes you just can't stop yourself from thinking, I don't care about the seasons, I like tea pots and THAT IS THAT!

If you'd like more information on anything we do, then drop me an email on

Tell your guests EVERYTHING! With our Information Cards

Why not let us design a matching information card to go along with your tea towels so you can really nail down in to the details for your guests! Our card artworks will tie in beautifully with your tea towels so you could end up with a stunning looking invitation package... like this one!

If you're a bit stuck on what to say, then how about this example for inspiration. As usual though, you can say whatever you'd like to your guests so don't feel you have to stick to these words!

Front (based on Spring Hill, each design is A5 and has it's own matching card artwork)

And most importantly, this is an example of how the back could look:

Evening Invitations and RSVP Cards

I mean, sure, our tea towels are really cool... but what if you can't quite stretch the budget to get wedding tea towels printed for your evening guests as well. Guess what? We've thought of that! Look how lovely that complete set above looks!

Why not let us design a totally matching Evening Invitation for you that can be printed on to card. Or come to mention it, an RSVP card and Extra Information card too!

All your stationery can tie in beautifully - check!
The budget spreadsheet is happy - check!
You two are happy - check!

So what do you want to say on the Evening invite cards? Well as usual with us, you can say anything you'd like but if you're stuck for inspiration then most couples go for something like:

Karen & Ben, together with our families, request the pleasure of your company at the Evening Reception to celebrate their marriage.

Or how about...

We would be delighted if you would join us for fun and frolics at our Evening Reception as we celebrate our marriage.

Or maybe...

We would love to share the evening of our big day with you, please come and dance the night away with us!

Or want to keep it nice and traditional...

John & Linda Wilson, would be delighted for you to join them at the reception to celebrate the marriage of their daughter, Karen to Ben Brown.

So there's a few ideas to get you started!

If you'd like to see examples of the Information or RSVP cards then just drop me an email on

Stuck for tea towel wording? Not any more!

You've decided you're going to send out tea towels to all your guests to wow them but what on earth will you write on them?

Well the first thing you need to know is that you can put WHATEVER WORDING YOU'D LIKE ON THERE. You don't need to stick to our examples at all but if you are stuck and in need of some inspiration then how about these for some suggestions:

So you obviously need the basics... like this:

Karen & Ben
are getting married

2pm, Saturday 12 December 2013
Lovely Hotel / Church, Beautiful Street, Pretty Village, Scenic County, L00 VEE

But then, the main wording... hmm, what to put... how about:

Karen & Ben, together with their families, would love you to join them as they celebrate their marriage. Dinner and Dancing will follow the ceremony.

Please RSVP by 8th October to or text 07739 034331.

Or maybe this:

Karen, Ben, Archie & Lola, together with their families, would be delighted if you'd join them as they become man and wife. Dinner, drinking and awkward but enthusiastic dancing will follow the ceremony at Lovely Reception Venue, Beautiful Street, Pretty Village, Scenic County, L00 VEE

One of our lovely couples used this wording recently and it really made me laugh so I asked if I could pinch it and luckily, she said yes:

Fizz, food, funky dancing and a free bar* to follow at Lovely Reception Venue, Beautiful Street, Pretty Village, L00 VEE. Together with our amazing families, we would love you to be there!

Crazy RSVPs encouraged! or text 07739 034331.
*Only joking, we aren't completely mad!

Fancy something a little more traditional:

Mr & Mrs Wilson request the pleasure of your company to celebrate the wedding of their daughter, Karen Mary Patricia to Benjamin Anthony Brown. A reception will follow at the Grand Venue, Beautiful Street, L00 VEE.

Please RSVP to Mr & Mrs Wilson, Mum Road, Dad Town, PAR 3NTZ

Got kids:

Archie & Lola would be everso excited if you'd join them as their mummy and daddy get married. Dinner and dancing will follow the ceremony. We'd love to see you there!
Let Mum and Dad know if you can make it on 07739 034331 or email

Remember you can always add a little note at the bottom to your guests, like:
For more information and to RSVP, visit
Carriages at midnight
Please RSVP or bring a sandwich and a chair!
Don't forget your dancing shoes!
Bring Wellies!

Sending your tea towels out as Save the Dates, how about this for your wording:

Yay! We're getting married and whilst we sort out the details, we want to make sure you've got the date free, so put it in your diary!

We would be delighted if you'd join us on our special day, so please save the date. Invitations with full details will follow in the Spring.

Or keep it simple:

Karen & Ben
are getting married

Saturday 12 December 2013
Please save the date...

Formal invitation to follow.

Want to say thank you, what better way than this:

Our day was perfect, and we couldn't have done it without you. Thanks for your gift and your company, we'll treasure it forever. Love Mr & Mrs Brown xx

Or how about:

Thank you for celebrating our wedding with us. It's been the best day ever! And thank you for all your love and support.

Our main advice though is to make it sound like it's coming from you, make sure you get all the facts in there, and remember to spell check it!

So hopefully this gives you a few ideas of where to start, either go straight ahead and copy it from us or make it your own. Either way, we are ready and waiting.... Let's go!

And if you've got any questions, then email me on

See you later xxx
